The Cottage
The Cottage at Conifer Meadows is a unique photo location with both indoor and outdoor spaces for shooting. Cozy up for a newborn or family in the vintage, cottage-inspired studio space, take a short hike through the meadow, or even plan a campfire session. Wildflowers are abundant in the late spring through early fall, and snow blankets the space in the winter months.

Location/Arrival – The exact address for the property will be sent along with your booking confirmation email.
The Cottage is located approximately 2 mi off of highway 285, a few minutes past Meyer Ranch.
There is a paved road the entire way to the property. This road also happens to be a school bus route, so it almost always plowed and clear of snow.
Parking – Parking is approximately 50-100 ft from the cabin studio. A separate drive will soon be available for visitors.
Weather/Elevation – This studio is at 8500ft elevation, and even in the summer, the weather can cool off quickly. Bring layers and good shoes to your session! In winter, boots are recommended for outdoor sessions.
Seasonal Photo Sets – The interior and exterior of the photo studio will be updated according to season with tasteful decor and studio sets. The current set is holiday/winter. Next will be Spring/Mother’s Day.
Pet Policy – Pets are welcome on the property and inside the studio
Sunlight – In general, the sun goes behind the nearest foothill approximately 1 hour before the official sunset time. The studio has south facing windows and gets great light morning through late afternoon.
