Rather than creating a series of perfectly posed photographs, I approach every newborn session like a storyteller. I gently guide when needed, but I’m mostly watching—looking for the quiet interactions, the beautiful light, and the little details that will mean everything years from now. The result is a gallery that feels cinematic, nostalgic, and deeply personal. Images that don’t just show what your baby looked like, but what it felt like to welcome them home.

Whether you’re settling into a historic home in Hilltop, a modern townhouse in Cherry Creek, a bungalow near Washington Park, or a mountain home in Evergreen or Conifer, I believe the most meaningful place to document your newborn is the place where your family is learning this new rhythm together.
There is no pressure for your home to look “Pinterest perfect.” I’m looking for beautiful light, genuine connection, and the spaces that already hold meaning for your family. The nursery. Your bedroom. The kitchen where coffee somehow goes cold every morning. These ordinary places become extraordinary with time.
Sessions unfold slowly and naturally, allowing plenty of time for feeding, diaper changes, cuddles, and simply being together.
My secret sauce? We weave in a small piece of your real life.
Maybe that’s washing your baby’s hair in the kitchen sink while the morning light pours through the window. Baby-wearing while making pancakes on a lazy Saturday. Reading books together in the nursery, watering the garden, or taking your newborn for their very first walk around the neighborhood.
These aren’t props or performances—they’re the moments that already belong to your family. They’re what transform beautiful photographs into a story that couldn’t belong to anyone else.
